🔧 Assemble Your Quick Clamp
Retrieve the silicone strip you ordered and cut four pads
about 1.5 in (≈ 38 mm) long using scissors.
- If your clamp is wider or narrower, adjust the pad length to fit.
- Peel backing later. Leave the adhesive covered for now.
Make sure you have every printed part plus hardware before you start. Here’s all of the parts (tools excluded) laid out:

- The video shows one clamp; the mirrored clamp assembles the same way.
- In the demo the different color of parts has no signifigance.
- Tighten thumb screws and set screw moderately: snug enough to hold, gentle enough not to strip plastic threads.
Adjust the scooter frame distance until the clamp seats perfectly on the wheelchair tube.
Then snug the set screw.
You’re all set. Snap the scooter attachment on and roll out.
If something feels loose, double‑check pad placement and screw tension.
